I’m reading this for the first time having never seen the movie either. Roald Dahl is one of my favorites. This book is so great! I highly recommend it. Matilda shines!

It’s one of my favourites, I just think it’s such a lovely ending, makes my heart all fuzzy when I read it, even now as an adult!
