Five Tales of Horror and Suspense, CD Wilsher – A Review. [SPOILERS].

What Em's Reading (4)Hey guys and welcome back to my blog! I actually read this book back at the start of March, just when I needed something to get me back into the groove. So I read Five Tales of Horror and Suspense by CD Wilsher, 67 pages long, published 9th May 2018.

As a quick read, I really enjoyed all of these stories! The length of each story was perfect and the suspense and fear were built up within the stories even in such a short space of time.

For short stories, they were really well written and had everything packed in that you could need for them to make sense, something I find can lack in a short story.

I will admit, I did guess the endings to 3 out of 5 stories, which stems from the actual plotlines not being overly original, but that didn’t stop me from enjoying them. And the fortune teller one gave me a SHOCK!

It was just what I needed for a quick read to get my mojo back.

Till next time, Em xxx
