All Of Me, Leanna Morgan – A Review.

Hello friends and bookworms, I am here with a review of All Of Me by Leanna Morgan, you can see the synopsis and info right here on Goodreads!

Overall rating – 5 out of 5 stars.

This is my second read from Leeanna Morgan, and it was just as enjoyable as the first, she never fails to sweep me away with her writing and beautifully told love stories.

From the start I was enamoured with our main characters, even Logan who was like a lovable dickhead! Every character had their right place within the story and brought something worthwhile with them.

The book itself had a few different strands that wove together to create a book that I felt had everything you could want from a romance. There was a slow burn love story, no over the top love scenes (which definitely put me off), points where I laughed out loud, times where it made me cry and scenes that were gritty and relatable and real life.

And the added aspect of the Bridesmaid Club brought this book to life, it gave the characters background and added an extra layer to the story, it gave us something else to look forward to when we were reading.

The setting and the little village that Tess and co reside in seems like such a quaint and peaceful place to live, and it was so well written that it felt as if were there. I could almost taste the pancakes that they were whipping up!

My only “big” criticism is that the ending felt as if it were being wrapped up too quickly, we seemed to jump quite far forward in time without any kind of indication of how much time had passed, we had to fill in the blanks a little bit.

On the whole though I absolutely adored All Of Me, it was an enjoyable fast paced read, that was like a shining bright sunny light on a rainy day!

Until next time, Em xxx

Top Ten Tuesday – My 10 most recent reads.

Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January of 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together.

This weeks topic is the last 10 books you read, which thanks to my handy notebook I was easily able to list off to you!

1 – Thirteen by Steve Cavanaugh. I actually really didn’t rate this one, which is disappointing as I’d heard really good things about the author.

2 – Cinderella is Evil by Jamie Campell. This was short but definitely packed a lot in, I enjoyed reading this one.

3 – His & Hers by Alice Feeney. I’m in two minds about this, it might take a while to write my review!

4 – Abra-Cadaver by Matt Drabble. I was pleasantly surprised by this one and I definitely enjoyed it more than I thought I would.

5 – Chopping Spree by Angie Sylvaine. This is one of my favourite reads of the year!

6 – I Am Watching You by Teresa Driscoll. This was another really good book that I’m glad I picked it up to read.

7 – All Of Me by Leeanna Morgan. Oh my gosh, this was just the sweetest story, it melted my ice heart.

8 – Silent Crime by W.L.Knightly. I haven’t quite come to terms with how I feel about this book yet…

9 – Guilty Crime by W.L.Knightly. This one is definitely better than the first but I feel like I have whiplash from trying to keep up!

10 – Hidden Crime by W.L.Knightly. I’m glad I stuck with this series, but I’m still trying to process everything that has happened, oh my gosh.

I will have full reviews of these books up on my blog in the coming weeks so please keep your eyes open to see them!

And finally, let me know if you’re taking part in TTT so I can check out your post.

Until next time, Em xxx
