Today’s book character of choice is Peeta Mellark! I have actually chosen 3 songs for Peeta, just because I couldn’t pick between them all!

First up we have… What A Man Gotta Do by Jonas Brothers, I just think this song screams Peeta, he’s just overwhelmingly obsessed with Katniss, it makes me think of him every time I hear it.
Then we have Yellow by Coldplay. This song makes me cry (side note sorry haha) and I just think it fits perfectly with his whole vibe.

Lastly, and this is my fave on the list! We have Crazy Little Thing Called Love by Queen. I just feel like Peeta is crazy in love and this song fits so wonderfully with his character.

This one will be my last one before the new year as I’m taking a small break from posting content, and it also marks the end of my Harry Potter section of this series. In the new year I’ll be back with a brand new set of characters. ANYWAY, we’re going out with a bang, it’s Ginny Weasley.
Small note to say that these song choices are based on book Ginny as we can all agree she was done so dirty in the films…

First up we have We Belong Together by Mariah Carey. This one is just purely based on the song title and would absolutely be what Ginny thinks about Harry!
Next we have I Kissed A Girl by Katy Perry. Idk what it is, I just feel like Ginny is bisexual and this song is absolutely something she would do.
Lastly, we have Waterloo by Abba. Now don’t ask me what possessed me to pick this song, just something about it gave me real Ginny vibes, I cannot tell you what it is but I just get visions of her blasting this song and absolutely loving it.

This one is for one of my all time bestest ever book characters that I absolutely wanted to be when I was younger and that I’m super excited to write about! Today’s character is Hermione Granger.

First up we have Gorgeous by Taylor Swift. There isn’t any particular reason why I chose this song, I just felt like it fit Hermione’s vibes!
Then I picked Girlfriend by Avril Lavinge. Like if this song was out at the time Ron was dating Lav-Lav you CANNOT tell me that Hermione wouldn’t be obsessed with it.
And finally we have Don’t Call Me Angel by Ariana Grande, Miley Cryus and Lana Del Ray. This one just screams Hermione, it’s such a badass feeling song and definitely one that I think fits her perfectly.

Then we have That’s What I Like by Bruno Mars, again this song just reminds me so much of him. And whilst I do love Bruno Mars this song gives me kinda spoiled vibes, which Draco definitely gives me!

18 by Anarbor – “if you wanna piss off your parents, date me to scare them, show them you’re all grown up” just is Draco all over. I want to date him even if it’s not to piss off my parents, like PLEASE just ruin my life I’m begging.

First of all, and we have my FAVOURITE one first, is Die Young by Ke$ha. I’M SORRY OKAY, but the title of the song just fits perfectly considering ya know, Voldy is trying to kill him literally every year of his teenage life.

Today’s choice of book character is actually a group, The Marauders, but only Remus, James and Sirius, I’m not including that literal rat on my choices, sorry not sorry!
I’ve picked a couple of songs for them each and I’ve done a lil explainer as to why I’ve picked them, just because I wanted to word vomit on todays post sooooo.
First we have Sirius Black.

Song 1 – Boom Boom Boom by the Venga Boys. If it wasn’t clear why I’ve chosen this song for him then I’m going to spell it out… Sirius is a very attractive man and he was especially into inviting witches into his room, and this song is literally just them spelling out that they want someone in their room so!
Song 2 – The Man by The Killers. This song is basically just Brandon Flowers singing about how he’s the man, he’s so cocky in this song and the vibe of it just fits Sirius ✨PERFECTLY✨
Next up we have James Potter.

Song 1 – Save A Horse Ride A Cowboy by Big and Rich. I know he’s actually a stag but just roll with it OKAY.
Song 2 – She’s Kinda Hot by 5 Seconds of Summer. Sorry but I can just IMAGINE James singing this about Lily, whilst he’s supposedly fuming about her shouting at him for bullying Snape (but actually being CRAZILY turned on by it).

Today’s choice of book character is actually a duo… It’s the Weasley twins! Two of my all time favourite characters from the series, they just bring so much joy to my life and I had such a blast picking the songs for them, I can’t lie…
